The figure starts here. The quote names your corridor.

These are starting fees in Thai baht for a readable file and a Bangkok sitting. We send a written figure after you name the line, the weeks, and the state of the counts. Payment is by bank transfer after that quote.

Commission Starts from Time Basis
Corridor Ridership Briefing 86,000 THB Four to six weeks after the files can be read Commissioned study and a 90-minute sitting
Station Hour Plate 28,000 THB Ten to fourteen days One plate and a short note
Seasonal Comparison Note 42,000 THB About three weeks A paired note for two periods
Operations Room Sitting 35,000 THB Three days of preparation and one half-day on site Half-day sitting plus preparation

What moves the figure

A corridor briefing includes up to 18 stops. Each stop beyond that is 3,200 THB, and we will say so before we draw it. An extra printed copy of a finished briefing is 900 THB. A third period on a seasonal note is quoted on its own, because it is another reading, not a discount on the second.

Messy files take longer to check. If hours are missing, stations were renamed mid-week, or a holiday is unlabeled, the source check grows and the quote says so. A clean gate export with dates on every column stays near the starting fee.

Language does not change the fee. English and Thai sittings and notes are the same price. Travel for a sitting outside Bangkok is added only after we know the place. Inside the city, the sitting is included in the corridor briefing and in the operations-room commission.

Deposit and balance

We ask for forty percent to open the weeks on the desk. The balance is invoiced when the plates are ready for the sitting, or on delivery if you did not book a sitting. Bank transfer only. The conditions for cancelling, and what is returned, are on the refund page.

How to ask

Write with the corridor, the weeks, and whether the counts are gate totals or a survey sheet. We reply within two working days with a range, and with a firm figure once we have seen the shape of the file. If the file cannot be read, we say that before the deposit.
