Cancellations and refunds

These rules apply to a corridor briefing, a station hour plate, a seasonal comparison note, and an operations-room sitting commissioned from Think Ripple Analytics Co., Ltd. Fees are paid by bank transfer against an invoice for that commission.

Deposit

A commission opens when you pay forty percent of the quoted fee. That deposit holds the weeks on the desk. The balance is invoiced when the plates are ready for the sitting, or when a plate without a sitting is ready to hand over.

Full refund of the deposit

You receive the deposit back in full if you cancel in writing at least ten working days before we open your count files, and before any plate has been drawn. Write to hello@thinkripple.click or call (02-989-1357).

After drawing has started

Once a plate has been started, the deposit is kept. It covers the reading and the drawing already done. Any part of the balance that belongs to plates not yet started is not invoiced. Work already drawn is payable even if you decide not to hold the sitting.

Files that cannot be read

If the sheets you send are missing hours, unnamed, or impossible to match to stations, we stop and write to you before drawing. You may replace the files. If you would rather withdraw, the deposit is returned minus the time already spent checking the files, which we state in hours on the note. We do not begin a plate in order to create a fee.

Print stock

Ivory stock ordered for your briefing is not refundable once the printer in Lat Krabang has been asked to run it. If you cancel before that order, you are not charged for paper.

Sittings, rescheduling, and no-shows

You may move a sitting once, without a fee, if you tell us at least two working days ahead. A second move is quoted. If no one meets us and we were not told, the preparation portion of an operations-room sitting is kept, and the half-day is not repeated free of charge. For a corridor briefing, a missed sitting does not erase the plates. We will offer one new time. If that time is also missed, the briefing is delivered without a further sitting and the balance remains due.

How a refund is paid

Agreed refunds go back to the same bank account that paid the deposit. We send them within fourteen working days of agreeing the amount in writing. We do not refund in cash.
