Privacy notice

This notice explains how Think Ripple Analytics Co., Ltd. handles personal information when you write to us or commission a briefing. It is written for the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

Data controller

The controller is Think Ripple Analytics Co., Ltd., 45/3 Suwinthawong Road, Saen Saep, Min Buri, Bangkok 10510. Email hello@thinkripple.click. Telephone (02-989-1357). Mali Thongchai is the person who answers privacy requests.

What we collect

From the form and from email: your name, email address, the commission you chose, the corridor or station, a preferred month, and the message you write. If a commission proceeds: the count files you send, correspondence, the quote, invoices, and sitting notes. The site also creates a consent record in your browser, described on the cookie page. Our host may keep short server logs, such as IP address, time, and the page requested, for security.

Do not send fare records, photographs, or spreadsheets that identify a passenger. If you do, we will delete them and ask you to send a version without names.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to prepare a quote, to carry out a commission, and to keep accounting records. The grounds are steps toward a contract, the contract itself, a legal duty to keep accounts, and our legitimate interest in running a small office and protecting the site. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it to build an advertising audience.

How long we keep it

An enquiry that does not become a commission is kept for 24 months and then deleted or reduced to a non-identifying note. Commission files, quotes, and invoices are kept for five years after the sitting or the last invoice, for tax and in case of a dispute. Server logs are kept only as long as the host's ordinary security rotation, which we ask to be short.

Your rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict it, to object to a use based on legitimate interest, and to receive a portable copy of what you gave us. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand. We may refuse a request where a law requires us to keep the record, or where erasure would destroy an invoice we must retain. We will explain the refusal. Write to hello@thinkripple.click. International transfers

The office is in Bangkok. Email may pass through servers outside Thailand, depending on your provider and ours. We do not move your count files to a foreign analysis service. If a transfer is needed for a reason we do not currently have, we will tell you the country and the safeguard before we send the file.

Sharing

We share information with the printer in Lat Krabang only to the extent a printed page requires, and with our bank when you pay an invoice. We share it when Thai law requires. We do not give your counts to another client.

Security

Files stay in the Min Buri room and on a drive that is not left in a sitting. Email is not a sealed channel. If your counts are sensitive inside your organisation, bring them on a drive to the office instead of attaching them.
