Terms of engagement

These terms cover the website thinkripple.click and the commissions offered by Think Ripple Analytics Co., Ltd., whose office is at 45/3 Suwinthawong Road, Saen Saep, Min Buri, Bangkok 10510. Using the site, or asking us to draw a briefing, means you accept them. If you are writing for an agency or a company, you confirm you may ask for the work.

The commission

A commission is the briefing, plate, comparison note, or sitting described on the briefings page and confirmed in our written quote. The quote names the corridor, the weeks, the fee, and the language of the notes. Work begins when we have the deposit and the files we asked for. Figures on the rates page are starting points, not an offer that binds us before we have seen the file.

The website explains the practice and how to ask for a written quote. Payment is arranged by invoice after that quote.

Your counts

You confirm that you may share the gate totals, survey sheets, and supervisor notes you send. Do not send records that name a passenger. We use the files only to prepare your commission. We do not place your counts on another client's plate.

Intellectual property

After the final invoice is paid, you may use the finished briefing inside your organisation and in reports to the body that commissioned you. You may not sell the plates as a stock set or present them as drawn by someone else. Working sketches, rejected layouts, and our draughting method stay with Think Ripple Analytics Co., Ltd. Text, drawings of the site, and the Think Ripple name on this website belong to the company. You may quote a short passage with attribution.

The plate is a reading

The plate reads the counts you supply for the weeks named on it. Forecasts, fare recommendations, and engineering opinions about a station sit outside this practice. Decisions you take after the sitting are yours. Where Thai law allows a limit, our liability for a commission is limited to the fee you paid for that commission. Liability that Thai law keeps in place stays in place.

Acceptable use of the site

You may read the pages and send a genuine enquiry. You may not break the site, scrape it in a way that degrades it, or present it as your own. The cookie notice and the privacy notice are part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Bangkok have jurisdiction, without limiting any right you have as a consumer that Thai law says cannot be waived.
