Briefings · Half-day sitting plus preparation
Operations Room Sitting
Half a day in your operations room, walking duty managers through a briefing we have already drawn or a short set prepared for that morning.
Who it is for
Supervisors who will use the plates on a roster conversation, not only the person who commissioned the drawing.
What you receive
The people who stand the platform or the pier have heard the week in the same words, and the pages are marked where they disagreed.
Included
- Preparation from a briefing we already drew for you, or a short set of up to four plates from files you send
- A half-day in the room you book
- Marks and corrections written onto the pages during the sitting
- A short follow-up note of what the room changed
Outside this commission
- A full corridor briefing. If the plates do not exist yet, commission that first or add it to the quote
- A second sitting. One reschedule is included when you give two working days' notice
- Training certificates or a slide deck
How the weeks proceed
- Agree the room You book the room and name who will be there. We need the people who know the stair, not only a sponsor.
- Prepare the pages We arrive with the plates printed large enough to read from the far side of a table.
- Walk the hours We go station by station or pier by pier. Disagreements are written on the page, not smoothed out later in silence.
- Leave the marked set You keep the marked prints. The follow-up note lists only what changed.
What to send first
Confirm the address of the room, the language of the sitting, and whether the plates already exist. English and Thai are both available.
Limits
The half-day assumes the counts have already been checked. If we open the files and they cannot be read, we stop and write to you before the sitting day.
Next
Tell us the room, the date you have in mind, and whether the plates are already drawn.
